Shipping time
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 5 and 10 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time due to weather or other delays with the carrier. If it has been more than 15 days since the last update from USPS. We will contact them to put a trace on the shipment to get confirmation if the package is still in transit or if it is confirmed lost in transit. If your package is lost in transit then we will start the process of a reship if we have stock or a refund.
Shipment Issues Policy
Packages marked delivered but not received by the buyer. There is a waiting period of 24 hours after delivery confirmation before issuing any refund or reship; this is due to items showing up after being marked delivered. Once a refund is issued please allow 3-5 business days to see the refund in your account.
Please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address. Please make sure you have checked all possible locations where mail could be left and with any neighboring addresses for the delivered item. If you didn't receive your item due to the wrong address you provided you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when it's being delivered. Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance and we will not replace it at our expense. If you do not have a secure location for your package we will not reship it and are allowed to cancel any other orders going forward to the location where the lost or stolen package was delivered.
